  5. I understand that membership may be revoked for violation of organizational rules.
  6. I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data for membership purposes.
  7. I agree to receive communications from ITAUCDN regarding activities and updates.

How long does the registration process take? +

The registration process typically takes 7-14 working days from submission to approval:

  • Application Review: 2-3 working days
  • Document Verification: 3-5 working days

  • Certificate Issuance: 1-2 working days
  • Welcome Package Delivery: 2-3 working days

You will receive regular updates via email or SMS throughout the process.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership category? +

Yes, you can change your membership category at any time:

  • Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment of difference
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period
  • No administrative fees for category changes
  • Pro-rated refunds may apply for downgrades

What happens if I don't renew my membership? +

If you don't renew your membership:

  • Your membership becomes inactive after 30 days grace period
  • You lose voting rights and committee participation privileges
  • Access to members-only events and programs is restricted
  • You can reactivate within 6 months by paying outstanding fees
  • After 6 months, you must reapply as a new member
  • All previously earned benefits and recognition are preserved
