Formation of Community Development Committee

Initial community meetings led to the formation of the first community development committee, laying the foundation for organized leadership.

2019

Legal Registration & Board Constitution

Successful registration as an Incorporated Trustee under CAMA and constitution of the first Board of Trustees with elected community leaders.

2020

Establishment of Caucus Assembly

Formation of the Caucus General Assembly to ensure grassroots participation and democratic representation in decision-making.

2021

Management Committee Formation

Establishment of the Management Committee to handle day-to-day operations and project implementation, enhancing organizational efficiency.
